Monkey finished his swim lessons today! I’m so happy it was only two weeks. Getting up at 6:30 each morning during vacation is just a bit much for me. Especially with all of the rushing around to get ready, pack breakfast, pack lunch, and then deal with the horrible traffic. I’m so glad it’s over! 🙂 And the community pool reopened this afternoon. It’s been closed for about three weeks for renovations to the cabana. I stopped by last night to see when it was going to open, but it was clearly still under construction. School finished on Tuesday, so I’m sure the community got a slew of complaints and just reopened the pool – minus the cabana area. I’ll find out tomorrow – as we’re going to resume our summer swim schedule.
